INSPECTION, TESTING, MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT & TOOLS

THIS IS ANTICIPATED TO BE A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SERVICE-TYPE PROCUREMENT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget sound will be soliciting, in support of Region, a Firm-Fixed Price Supply Service-Type Purchase Order for the procurement of INSPECTION, TESTING, MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT & TOOLS. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 14 AUG 2025, with a closing date on or about 21 AUG 2025. This requirement is being procured using FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures.

This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on SAM.GOV (https://sam.gov). Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, or submit their quotes prior to the closing date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this pre-solicitation notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website, and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access any of the posted documents.

Prospective offerors should register themselves on the SAM.GOV website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted. No hard-copy solicitation/amendments will be mailed or FAX'd. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government award for this procurement (https://sam.gov/content/home).
