    Description

    Vendor to install various audio visual and networking equipment to ensure room can amplify voices and delivering sound and video from computers connected to the projector, as well as connecting owner furnished display to the projector screen. Contractors shall furnish all equipment and components, cable and wiring, custom connection panels and connectors, installation hardware, materials and equipment enclosures that are required to provide a complete and full functional system. Furnish and install all AV related equipment, furnish and install all AV related cabling, terminations, interconnects, hardware and accessories. Provide project management and coordination. Provide system testing and commissioning in accordance with industry standards. Provide control system programming and archive of final source code with interface graphics. Provide on-site training services and manufacturer training as required. Provide close-out documentation including owners manuals. Provide system warranty as detailed from date of system acceptance by owner. For vendor access, fill out page 2 of the WF 113 and send back to MSgt Brandon Council (brandon.council.7@us.af.mil) and Mr. Michael Dombkiewicz via email (michael.dombkiewicz.2@us.af.mil). Failure to return WF 113 on time and prior to the event may result in vendor denied admission. Vendor must arrive prior to the start of the preproposal meeting to ensure access to the site. Late vendors may be turned away at the gate. Additional site visits are not scheduled and requests will be denied. Question submission has been updated and is now closes on 28 May 2025 by 4:00 PM EST. Solicitation due date has been extended to 4 Jun 2025 by 12:00 PM EST.
