In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is estimated between �25,000,000 to �50,000,000. Award shall be made to the lowest responsible quoter. The quoter?s financial status and past performance shall be reviewed to determine the qualification, responsiveness, and responsibility of the offeror/quoter. Local Source Restrictions. This solicitation is intended for local sources. Local sources are those persons or entities normally based in and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation in accordance with the provisions of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement.
