    SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE

    This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY.  The U.S. Government desires to identify parties having an interest in the requirement below.

    Requirement: Closed Circuit TV Installation and Maintenance; Semi-annual Scheduled Maintenance, and Unscheduled Service Calls for Repair

    Location: US Army Fort Leonard Wood, MO

    It is encouraged that all businesses, regardless of size, or registered socioeconomic category, (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), respond to, and identify their capabilities in the best interest of the Government’s intent to meet the requirement at a fair market price.

    This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future.  This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service.  Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry.  It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Governmentwide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

    The anticipated NAICS code(s) is: 561621; Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths)

    Size Standard: $25 million

    Continued need is anticipated for the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems located across Ft. Leonard Wood. The service is currently being fulfilled through contract W911S7-22-P-0003. Attached is the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this Sources Sought Notice.

    The contract type, should it be decided to be in the best of interest of the Government to proceed with solicitation, is anticipated to be a Firm- Fixed Price.  The estimated period of performance consists of one (1) twelve month base year with four (4) yearlong option periods that can be exercised based upon the needs of the Government.

    There is currently no planned site visit for this Sources Sought Notice.

    In response to this Sources Sought Notice, please provide:

    • Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, UEI number, CAGE code, and the corresponding NAICS code.
    • Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any.
    • Can or has your company manage(d) a team of subcontractors before? If so, provide details.
    • Please note that under a Small-Business Set-Aside, in accordance with FAR 52.219-14, the small business prime must perform at least 50% of the work themselves in terms of the cost of performance. Provide an explanation of your company’s ability to perform at least 50% of the tasks described in the draft PWS for the base period as well as the option periods.
    • Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (including size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making capability determination.
    • Information to help determine if the required service is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information (e.g., market pricing, catalog pricing), delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, warranties, etc.
