USACE shall provide a contract for professional services to include all labor and transportation required to provide Environmental and Sustainability support services and other support services for the National Guard Bureau Headquarters function located in Arlington, VA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except support specified as Government Furnished, to provide Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (SRM) support, Real Estate support, Sustainability and Energy Management support, Strategic Communications and Training Management support, Budget and Program Planning and Analysis support, Military Construction Budget Execution Program Analysis support, Facility Operations and Task Management Tool (or comparable system) support.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will *not* accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if one is issued. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor correspondence for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

Interested vendors are requested to provide an affirmative response to this announcement and details on its capabilities for performing the services outlined in the attached DRAFT PWS. All responses shall include the information: i. Company name, Cage Code, DUNS, address, technical point of contact information (name, title, email address, and phone number), and if a small business, please stated the applicable small business socio-economic category/categories. ii. A description of the organization's capabilities for performing the Government's requirement set forth in the attached DRAFT PWS. This description shall include a list of current and/or prior contracts for which your company is performing or has performed for the same or similar services. All responses to this notice must be unclassified. No classified response will be accepted. All information received in response to this sources sought that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this notice will not be returned.
