NAVSUP FLC JACKSONVILLE intends to issue a Rquest for Proposal (RFP), on or about 10/8/2025 for Instructor Support Services in support of Naval Construction Training Center, Gulfport, MS. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide Instructor Support Services at Gulfport, Mississippi. This procurement is set aside for competition among eligible participants in the SBA 8(a) Program.

  The contractor shall deliver qualified instructors to conduct Instructor Support services at Gulfport, Mississippi, in support of NCTC Gulfport, MS.

  Base year of 01 Feb 2026 through 31 January 2027, plus 4 option years, and a 52.217-8, six month extension if required.
