Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide Instructor Support Services in accordance with the Performance Work Schedule (PWS). Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract is expected to be 01 April 2026- 31 March 2027 with a potential of (4) - 12-month option periods. Proposal Submission Requirements: Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in this solicitation. Proposals shall include the following: -Signed UPDATED SF-1449 with CLIN pricing as outlined in the solicitation -Technical Approach -Price Proposal -Past Performance Information -Any other required documents as listed in the RFP FULL PROPOSAL PACKAGE WITH ALL VOLUMES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for award under this solicitation, offerors must meet the following criteria: Be a qualified 8(a) firm certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Meet the required NAICS size standards. Demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications as outlined in the solicitation. Evaluation Criteria: See Solicitation for evaluation criteria. Proposal Submission Instructions ADDENDUM 52.212-1: All proposals must be submitted by 29 January 2026, 0800 EST, in accordance with the submission guidelines in the solicitation.
