This contract shall serve as a vehicle to provide technical engineering services and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management support of the IBS system. IBS consists of separate Development, Non-production, Production and Fail-Over environments currently hosted in the Centralized Enclave (CE) and is in the process of migrating all environments to a Cloud Native computing platform. The contractor shall coordinate with the Government to ensure all activities synchronized and integrated with other SDDC transportation management efforts. The services provided within the scope of this contract follow Covered Defense Information as defined in Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7012 Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting.
