By further authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), Westover Air Reserve Base (439 CONF) intends to offer a sole source award to PIONEER INDUSTRIES, LLC. for the current Hydro-static testing equipment requirement. See associated attachment, Single Source Justification, for full details. Interested parties who can supply PIONEER INDUSTRIES, LLC hardware, software, and equipment that meet this requirement, may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by September 16th, 2025 at 12:00PM (EDT). Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing interests and capability information will be provided.
