INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE-MITEL SOFTWARE ASSURANCE RENEWAL AGREEMENT

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: - Western Area Power Administration Desert Southwest intends to award a sole source contract award to Pacific Office Automation Inc.,14747 NW Greenbrier Parkway, Beaverton, Oregon 97006 USA, a Mitel Approved Partner for the Mitel Southwest Assurance VoIP Business Maintenance package -access to new software releases, updates and technical support resources for legacy Mitel ASUs and Mitel MXe III Controllers and ASU II analog service units installed at all DSW Regional facilities; Period of Performance is for one year. The NAICS code is 541519 – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY VALUE ADDED RESELLERS. Pacific Office Automation Inc. is an approved authorized service provider for service agreements on Mitel equipment. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification on or before due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by October 28, 2025, at 5:00 pm ET.
