    The U.S. Army intends to sign Supplemental Agreement DACA65-9-20-045-SA6 with Rest Easy LLC to extend the term of the In-License. Rest Easy LLC has previously been determined to be the only responsible source capable of enabling the Army to provide on-post lodging to Active Duty students engaged in Institutional Training on all of the following military installations: Joint Base San Antonio (Fort Sam Houston), TX; Fort Novosel, AL; Fort Sill, OK; Fort Leavenworth, KS; Fort Belvoir, VA; Fort Bliss, TX; Fort Eisenhower, GA; Fort Huachuca, AZ; Fort Knox, KY; Fort Leonard Wood, MO; Fort Liberty, NC; Carlisle Barracks, PA; Fort Jackson, SC; Fort Meade, MD; Redstone Arsenal, AL; Fort Moore, GA; Fort Gregg-Adams, VA and Fort Buchanan, PR. Other responsible sources capable of providing on-post lodging on all of the above listed installations may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Army. Comments to this notice must be submitted in writing or via electronic mail and be received by 5:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, March 3, 2025.
