INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE--432 SFS ADVANTOR MAINTENANCE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:  The NAICS Code is 541611. The 432d Contracting Office, Creech AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by RFO 6.103-1, only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement, to Advantor Systems for Advantor maintenance.  Advantor Systems is the proprietary owner and servicer of the Advantor system. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all responses received electronically by 10:00 AM PST, 22 June 2026 that are equivalent to Advantor Systems will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Any information should be e-mailed to taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil no later than 22 June 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.  All questions should be directed to Capt Taylor Peeples at taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil.

Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “F3G3JE6096AQ01, 432 SFS Advantor Maintenance”  Note that e-mail filters at Creech AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files).  Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.  Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Creech AFB.  If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent.  The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
