Notice of Intent to Sole-Source

The 130th Contracting Office - Charleston West Virginia intendds to award on a sole source basis a contract to Advantor Systems Corporation under the authrority of FAR 13.106(b)(1). This proposed contract action is for relocation of DEDTEL Panel from Building 109 to Building 107 and connect it to a GFE Wireless Duress Reciever and a GFE Keyed Duress and Installation.  

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Subpart 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR 13.106(b)(1). However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstration the ability to provide the requested services, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No request for capability briefings will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is sole with the discretion of the Government.
