INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - CLARK AB - TERMINAL 1 RENTAL

DESCRIPTION:

The USAF intends to award a sole source contract for the rental of terminal space and selected surrounding parking areas at Clark Air Base (AB), Philippines. This contract is in support of exercise operations to ensure USMC objectives are met.

This sole source procurement is justified under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy requirements:. The required facility is currently available for rental through STRA8 Logistics, who possess the unique capabilities and facilities necessary to meet the needs of this requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

The contractor must have all appropriate credentials, licenses, and authorizations to do business with the Airport Authorities at Clark AB. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Valid business licenses and permits to operate within the jurisdiction of Clark AB.

- Authorization from the Airport Authorities to provide access to the requested facilities.

- Compliance with all local, national, and international regulations governing airport operations and facility rentals.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is one month as a base period, with two additional month-long option periods to be executed as necessary.
