INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE COMPETITIVE SOLUTIONS, INC.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT

Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 intends to award a sole source contract to Competitive Solutions, Inc, 1140 Powers Place, Alpharetta, GA 30009-7212 Cage Code 06CS8

This requirement is for contractor-provided leadership development instruction and certified executive coaching services.

Competitive Solutions, Inc, uses a proprietary Process Based Leadership (PBL) ® model.

The Government intends to acquire this supply under the guidelines of FAR Part 12  Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly under the authority FAR 6.103-1(b): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may submit information regarding their capability to perform this requirement with no negative impact to the Government regarding schedule, warranty, mark ups, etc. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
