INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR A LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE RED LAKE IHS HOSPITAL

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Bemidji Area intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract on a sole source basis to Relias, for the Red Lake IHS Hospital in Red Lake, MN. The anticipated period of performance will be for a base plus 4 option years.

The sole source action will be issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a) - only one source reasonably available.  Relias is able to track regulatory and compliance training, continuing education, professional development, departmental training, competency and skills.  They are capable of including Native American cultural competency into their training programs and offer the capability to create trainings for custom courses.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training

The Product Service Code (PSC) is U009-Education/Training-General
