INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - JACKSON MS STEM JCLC

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Mississippi State University, of Starkville Mississippi, provide for the establishment of a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education program for the purpose of introducing selected Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) Cadets to scientific, technology and engineering career opportunities, provide direct exposure to the college atmosphere, STEM curriculum, with the available landscape for military style training within a 150 mile radius of Jackson Mississippi.  All standards set in the draft PWS (attached) must be met. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 16 May 2025, 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the Award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 16 March 2025, 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) to MICC- Fort Knox, Cara Johnson at cara.j.johnson.civ@army.mil.

Responses shall include the following:

1.           Company name and address.

2.           Statement of interest meeting all requirements listed above.

3.           A synopsis of the contractor's capabilities.

4.           CAGE code or DUNS number.

5.           Point of Contact name and phone number.
