INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - PPI PE-FE-ARE EXAM

Intent to Sole Source:  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure online access to the P.E./F.E. Exam Review Recorded Webinars supports to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the US Army Engineers School (AES), US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and the Headquarters, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) organizational goals by building a competent, disciplined, and trained workforce on a sole source basis to DMedia Associates, Inc. in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source reasonably available.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued.  However, any business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification on the form of a capability statement.  Supporting evidence shall be in sufficient detail that demonstrates the ability to comply with the requirements listed and furnished by August 14, 2025.

USACE, Rock Island District, will not reimburse for any cost connected with supplying sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed.  In order to receive a government award, a firm must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov/.  Firms must register on a one-time basis and annually confirm accuracy completeness of registration information.
