INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - REALQUEST REAL ESTATE DATABASE ONLINE ACCESS

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – The Department of the Treasury (USDT), Internal Revenue Services (IRS), Office of Procurement Operations intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Corelogic Solutions LLC; 40 Pacifica Ste 900 Irvine, CA 92618-7487 for the following services: RealQuest Database Online Access Subscription Services. The authority for this action is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The proposed procurement is for the purchase of RealQuest Database Online Access Subscription Services for real estate information reporting system. Requiring nationwide coverage and daily updates to deliver current information required to locate properties, assess the surrounding area, determine property value and obtain copies of property documents.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 518210 with a size standard of $40 million.

No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 12:00pm Eastern on September 29, 2025. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to Andres.cepeda@irs.gov.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
