Notice of Intent to Sole Source for MA ANG Recruiting Event. IAW FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) the MA ANG intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Fox 25 Boston to provide live interviews on-air and tent space at each of the eight Zip Trip Events that are being broadcast for summer of 2023. Award also includes Fox 25 website impressions and promotional advertising on Fox 25 TV for the events an ANG. The primary objective is to reach out to public with information on what the MA ANG has to offer. Fox 25 Zip Trips bring together the community and the media at Events each Friday in July and August. Vendors such as MA ANG can set up event space and be face to face with community for recruiting purpose and also reach the Greater Boston area with a Live on-air interview with a Fox 25 news personality. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes is capable of meeting requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Office at 102iw.msg.msc@us.af.mil no later than the time indicated on this notice. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses or lack thereof to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
