INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO ROCKWELL COLLINS, INC.

The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Rockwell Collins, Inc., 400 Collins Rd NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498-0505, to diagnose and repair currently owned Collins 721S radios. This special notice is IAW FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agancy requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is being posted for at least thirty (30) days IAW FAR 6.305. No solicitation package will be available. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.

All qualified sources must respond no later than 10:00 AM CST, 01 Aug, 2025.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
