The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (Nov 2023) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (May 2024) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Please be advise that this is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement with complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above to Ana Villanueva at Ana.M.Villanueva@dea.gov by Friday, December 05, 2025, by 10:00AM, EST.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
