The technical factors will include Experience in Providing General Construction Services on Similar Projects; Past Performance; and Technical Approach. The estimated total construction costs for the project falls within the approximate range of $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. The award of the contract is anticipated to be made, approximately, in December 2025. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The project consists of the interior renovation of approximately 32,000 square feet on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the John Weld Peck Federal Building, 550 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 (Building No. OH0189).
