INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER (ISP) FOR COMMERCIAL INTERNET, CABLE TELEVISION, AND PHONE SERVICE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
(THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE)

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to sole source this Internet Service provider (ISP) service support effort IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW) to Spectrum Business (CAGE: 4WWK4), which is the current service provider for such services  IAW the attached SOW, NAWCTSD puts this servicer effort from a Government Purchase Card (GPC) to an official contract for proper contract management and payment process, at the same location at the NAWCTSD, 12221 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826-3224. Service requirements include the existing Internet service, cable TV service, and phone service with 2 phone lines with unlimited domestic calling and 911 functionality.

This conversion/purchase shall be made under FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures; FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Other than full and open competition applies. The circumstances of this contract action are deemed only one single source is reasonably available.

Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
