This is a combined synopsis and solicitation

The Government's is requesting quotes for the requirement of a site survey for quote and installation of a Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and monitoring station designed to meet the physical security compliance requirements of DAFI 31-101 DAFGM2022-01 GENADMIN, Robins AFB specifications, and ESE-SIT-0001 for protection of assets. The offer must include in their quote a description on how they will fulfill both the equipment and installation requirements, including qualifications and experience with Vindicator systems. The government will evaluate these responses to determine technical acceptability and suitability for award. A site diagram, along with CDRL's is attached to provide some information about layout. Please review the attachments and look at Areas "G" and "J" indicated on the floor plan. Those areas will require IDS for Secret Open Storage accreditation. The contractor shall provide all necessary infrastructure upgrades to support systems operations. For more details about this requirement please refer to the attachments.
