-The puprose of this amendment (W912D0R00100002) is to provide an additional information (Base Access) to the site visit at Building 600, on 08/19/2025 at 10:00 a.m.
- Contracting Specialist will meet contractors requiring Base Access for the site visit at Fort Richardson Visitior's Center, Building 47303, JBER Anchorage, Alaska, from 09:00 a.m.-09:45 a.m.
The contractor shall provide the required materials, labors, and perform identified tasks within SOW for ISP Network cables ISO NIPRNET and SIPRNET connectivity. All repair and installation efforts shall be in accordance with DoD, Army, and the industry standards mandated by public-law 104-113, section 12 “Standards Conformity” (ANSI TIA/EIA telecommunications standards) as listed below. For ICIDS and ACS, the contractor shall procure, provide the required materials, install, and test Honeywell Vindicator ICIDS and ACS designed to meet or exceed AR 380-5 and JBER – Air force standards within BLDG 600, JBER, Alaska. Systems must be fully integrated into JBER – Air Force control IDS and ACS infrastructure and tested system performance verification in order to provide early warning of an intruder to active monitoring station, as well as all programming and integration of the receiver system per JBER base requirements for a fully functional and operational system.
