Response by certified and authorized support technician(s) within two business days of an issue with the softwares performance. Control software updates IAW Manufacturers standards/requirements. Software must run in multiple operating system (OS) environments. Software must have Authorization to Operate (ATO) certification. Discounts on advanced training for laboratory/operator personnel. The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
