A project will not be awarded from this announcement. The Government anticipates announcing a RPP and a Pre-Solicitation Collaboration (PSC). They will include a short brief and one-on-one breakout sessions. The RPP being presented is titled the Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) Architecture Refactor (26-LANT-3214). The PSC is titled Leveraging Battle Force Tactical Network (BFTN) Waveform Development Kit (26-PAC-3234). The Government is seeking a prototype of containerized software implementations of layer 1 and layer 2 for HF waveforms, leveraging the Battle Force Tactical Network (BFTN) software framework.
