THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION This synopsis is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award to a BPA Call from an established BPA for Region 5 Regional Vault and Septic Pumping Services and does not constitute a request for quotes or for submission of any information in response to this notification. The USDA Forest Service (FS) is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA's policy in the Contracting Desk Book, section 413.303 Simplified Acquisition Methods - Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call for Vault Toilet Pumping on Sequoia National Forest. This procurement is restricted to the approved eligible companies listed on the R5 Regional Vault and Septic Pumping Services BPA. This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call against the R5 Regional Vault and Septic Pumping Services Blanket Purchase Agreements previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at www.SAM.gov. The government will not provide feedback or evaluation to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
