NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Millennium Contracting, Inc., for the Emergency Fire Hydrant Replacement and Pipe Replacement/Repair at the Navajo Region Fire Management Office for BIA, Navajo Region, Branch of Facility Management, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238390.
