The Department of Veterans Affairs, Stratton VA Medical Center, is seeking full maintenance and repair services to the facility wide heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation systems (BAS) and temperature control-end devices for systems specified in Appendix A for the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, NY. These systems are in place already and will not be replaced. Each system requires software which is proprietary to each system. Equipment List is outlined in Appendix A with details of equipment preventive maintenance schedule on Appendix B . During the Sources Sought Request for Information a Site Visit will be conducted. Site Visit Instructions: All interested vendors wanting to attend the site visit must email the Contracting Officer at Mariangie.Rivera@va.gov. Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 09:30 AM. The vendor will check in and wait at the lobby area of Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208 until the Contracting Officer and CORs start the walk through. All questions regarding the site visit must be written down and turned into the Contracting Officer or emailed to the Contracting Officer at Mariangie.Rivera@va.gov. No questions will be answered during the walk through.
