    Description

    Scope: The contractor shall provide all necessary material, labor, and supervision for the fallowing tasks: Certifications: The contractor shall provide a third party ASSE 6020 certified inspector and a third party ASSE 6030 ASSE certified verifier per VA Directive 7515(1) for the inspections, and commissioning. All installers shall possess an ASSE 6010 certificate. The contractor shall provide a copy of all certifications to the COR. Medical Air compressors: Replace medical air compressor units in buildings 320-1A131, 320-1B131, and 330-BC120. (Refer to exhibits 2, 3, and 4). Temporary units of minimum equivalent capacity of the existing units must be provided to ensure minimal interruptions during the replacement process. Medical Vacuum Pump: Replace the medical vacuum pump unit in building 320-1B131. (Refer to exhibit 3). The contractor shall provide temporary unit of minimum equivalent capacity of the existing units to ensure minimal interruptions during the replacement process. N2O & N2 Manifolds: Replace the Nitrous Oxide gas manifold and the Nitrogen gas manifold in building 310-1F148 and 149. (Refer to exhibit 1). Replace 4 Master Alarm Panels. The alarm panel located in Bio-Med room -B330-BC123 shall be removed and replaced with new panel and relocated to room B330-BB102 for install as indicated on exhibit 4 drawings. (Refer to Exhibits 1, 3, 4, and 5).
