This is a Sources Sought notice issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Project Scope: The project includes removing the existing roofing system and installing a new single ply PVC membrane roofing system. Work includes removal of failed materials, substrate repairs, new membrane installation, flashings, edge metal, accessories, and providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and coordination necessary to deliver a complete, watertight, code compliant roof system. This notice is not a request for proposal or quotation. It does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award. No reimbursement will be provided for any costs associated with responding to this notice. Responses are voluntary and not required to participate in any future solicitation. However, information received may influence the acquisition strategy. All interested parties must respond separately to any future solicitation. The VA, Network Contracting Office 20, is specifically seeking responses from SDVOSBs. Responses from other small businesses may be considered; however, SDVOSBs will receive priority in determining whether a tiered evaluation is needed.
