THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN) intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source to: Par Excellence Systems Inc. 11500 Northlake DR Cincinnati, Ohio 45249 The objective of this sole source award is to initiate a new purchase order for annual maintenance, support services and software licenses for Par Excellence weight-based inventory management systems (WBIMS) installed in facilities throughout VISN 20. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541990; the large business size standard is $19.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 6 A.M. PST on April 7, 2025 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Gregory Watson, Contract Specialist at Gregory.watson2@va.gov. The email subject line shall state, Intent to Sole Source VISN Par Excellence . The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
