    Description

    Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Isensix, Inc., under the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106 3(b)(3)(i). The Government has determined that only one responsible source is capable of meeting agency requirements and that no other supplies or services will satisfy these needs. The Contractor shall provide all labor, hardware, software, maintenance, and technical support necessary to sustain the Isensix Guardian Advanced Remote Monitoring Systems installed at the following VA Medical Centers: Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, 5000 W National Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53295 Edward Hines Jr. VA Medical Center, 5000 S. 5th Ave, Hines, IL 60141 This requirement will result in a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a base year plus two (2) option years. The applicable NAICS code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services). This Notice of Intent does not constitute a request for competitive quotations, and no solicitation is available. Interested firms that believe they are capable of meeting the requirements may submit detailed supporting documentation demonstrating their ability to provide the required products and services. Responses must include evidence of relevant experience and references from customers utilizing similar systems and services. All capability statements must be received no later than 10:00 AM (CST) on May 13, 2026, and shall be submitted via email in MS Word or Adobe PDF format to: Jennifer Mead Email: Jennifer.Mead@va.gov TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses will be evaluated solely to determine whether the Government should consider conducting competitive procurement. The decision to compete this requirement based on responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government intends to proceed with a sole source award to Isensix, Inc.
