Can we do the cleanings in any month, days, and times? Building 86 Canteen: Monday-Friday with a start time of 2:00pm and must be completed by 2:00am the next day. Building 7 Kitchen: Monday-Friday with a start time of 7:00pm and must be completed prior to next shift beginning at 4:30am the next day.
