The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, the pre-proposal conference will be held on April 10, 2026 at 09:00 AM WIB at the US Embassy Warehouse Jakarta, Jl. Hang Jebat No. 45, Jakarta. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Yohanes Yorian, via email to JakartaPCUBidding@state.gov by April 7, 2026 at 04:00PM for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. - The first site visit at Jl. Hang Jebat no. 45 (Jakarta Selatan), Jl. Ciputat Raya No. 5 (Jakarta Selatan) and Jl. Brawijaya IV (Jakarta Selatan) will be held on April 10, 2026 (after the pre-proposal conference) - The second site visit at Jl. Taman Suropati no. 3 & 4 (Jakarta Pusat) and Jl. Pangeran Diponegoro no. 8 (Jakarta Pusat), will be held on April 13, 2026 Quotations are due by April 29, 2026 at 04:00PM. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
