JBLA LANGLEY AFB 0900 CATHOLIC MASS

Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for 0900 Catholic Mass Musice Director Services. 

The 633d Contracting Squadron is soliciting a Firm-Fixed Price contract for 0900 Catholic Mass Music Director for Joint Base Langley Air Force Base. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The period of performance will be for one base year and four one-year option periods.

The contractor shall provide musical leadership through hymns, organ playing, vocal singing, and appropriate instruments for the Sacred Liturgy during the 0900 Catholic Mass at Langley AFB Chapel or any other designated location as assigned by the Catholic Priest. The contractor shall perform all services for regularly scheduled Masses, choir rehearsals, rehearsals with the congregation, and additional services requested by the Catholic Priest/Chaplain, including special chapel functions and services.

Amendment 0001 

The purpose of this Amendment  is to

Extend the date offers are due to 10/17/25. 

NOTE:

The Government will evaluate 2 factors:

1. Price

2. Technical

Technical will be evaluated via an in-person audition of the offeror's candidate. Interested offerors must contact Amn Sherburne to schedule an audition. Auditions can take place prior to or after the due date for quotations, however, the Government reserves the right to reject offers and schedule requests after the due date of offers.

Questions will be due on October 14 2025.
