All individuals wishing to attend must submit a request for base access no later than Friday, 9 May 2025, by 9:00 a.m. CST. The meeting place will be the JBSA Randolph Visitor Center at 1 Harmon Dr, Randolph AFB, TX 78150 at 9:30 a.m. CST.
