MICC-Fort Knox is soliciting for JCLC Camp Wilderness in the greater Park Rapids, Minnesota area from May 27 – June 4, 2025. This camp shall be co-located and include trained staff to conduct training, billeting of cadets and cadre, dining facility to include all meals, and training areas for orienteering, land navigation, archery, and other JCLC related events in accordance with the PWS attached. This support is required for two training cycles totaling 115 cadets and 15 cadre – approximately 65 cadets/8 cadre (May 27-31) and 50 cadets/7 cadre (May 31-June 4). Please refer to the PWS for detailed requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) is posted to this notice on the SAM.gov website. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. Amendments, if any, will be posted to https://sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to check for and acknowledge all amendments. All quotes shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in Block 8 of the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment. Quotes submitted via mail or fax will not be accepted. The award will be to the lowest priced, responsive quote received from a responsible offeror. SAM.gov notice is updated to provide attached document with answers to vendor submitted questions.
