This action was executed under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) – Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 16.505(b)(1), Urgent and Compelling Circumstances.

The bilateral modification extends the task order period of performance from February 15, 2026, through February 14, 2027.

The attached redacted JEFO documents the rationale for limiting fair opportunity among contract holders under the PRISM Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). All approval signatures have been redacted in the publicly posted version.

The Government anticipates conducting a competitive action among PRISM MATOC contract holders for the follow-on requirement.
