JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS (JBLE) PAVING IDIQ

The 633 Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) Langley is
seeking potential interest and industry input for a JBLE Paving Services
IDIQ. This notice is one of the elements of our Market Research, and
information collected will be used for our upcoming Invitation for Bid (IFB)
solicitation. The anticipated NAICS Code is 237310 with a size standard of 45 million.
This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for
Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government may use the
information obtained from responses to this notice in determining its
acquisition approach, but the issuance of this notice does not restrict the
Government’s acquisition approach.

Requested information:

• Potential interest in the JBLE Paving Services IDIQ.
• Industry questions/concerns/other inputs in response to attachments.
• Size of your company in relation to the NAICS Code size standard.
• Socioeconomic status of your company (i.e. SB, 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, WOSB, or SDVOSB).
• Capabilities statement, not to exceed 10 pages, that explicitly demonstrates your company’s capability to provide/perform the requirement stated in this notice.
• Feedback regarding snow removal capabilities as stated in price list.

Please note that the Government does not plan to respond to any industry inputs at this time. Applicable industry inputs will be used to better refine/define our upcoming IFB solicitation.
