This is a Pre-Priced multi-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide cable television services to Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) to include JBSA Fort Sam Houston, JBSA-Lackland and JBSA-Randolph military installations. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide television programming and incidental services as defined in Attachment 1-SOW-Cable Television Services to tenant Units on JBSA. All work shall comply with the requirements of the most recent versions of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), National Electrical Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/ Telecommunications Association (TIA) 568.4-D. Period of Performance: 02 September 2025 to 01 September 2030.Please refer to Attachment 2-Section L-Instructions, Conditions and Notice to Offerors for special instructions.****Amendment 0001*****The purpose of amendment 0001 is to apply the following changes:1. Revise paragraph 10. Payment of the terms and conditions of the Solicitation-See UCF Section C, descriptions/Specifications/Statement of Work of the Solicitation 2. Update 5352.201-9101 AETC Ombudsman Clause to change the ombudsman POC information from Mr. David E. Jones to LtCol Barbara Divine3. Provide Government response to Contractor submitted questions (See Attachment 3-Government Response to Contractor Questions) 4. Delete Attachment 1-SOW-Cable Television Services and replace with Revised SOW, dated 20 May 2025-Cable Television Services 5. Delete Attachment 2-Section L-Instructions, Conditions and Notice to Offerors and replace with Revised Section L-Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors, dated 20 May 2025 All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. ****Amendment 0002*****The purpose of amendment 0002 is to incorporate the SBA size standard for NAICS 517111 and to extend the Request for Proposal (RFP) response due date from 30 May 2025 to 6 June 2025.
