The period of performance for the proposed solicitation will consist of a five-year base period from 1 September 2026 through 31 August 2031, a five-year option period, and one six-month extension of service. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is V115 and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 483111 with a size standard of 1050. All responsible sources may submit a proposal IAW the RFP, which will be considered by the Agency. The contracting office is the United States Transportation Command Acquisition Directorate and all comments should be addressed in writing, via email, to the points of contact (POCs) listed in the RFP. The information required by FAR 12.202 (b)(ii) through (vii) including the list of line items, quantities, and units of measure; description of requirements; delivery dates and locations; applicable solicitation provisions and contract clauses; and the date, time, place, and POCs for receipt of offers is set forth in the attached RFP HTC71126RE142 and its attachments.
