JPMRC 26-01 OAHU LIGHT SET AND POWER GENERATION

The 921st Contracting Battalion has a requirement of light sets in support of JPMRC 26-01 on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. 

Description of Services/Introduction:  The Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) requires the rental of industrial-grade portable light sets to support nighttime operations, field exercises, and mission-critical training activities. These light sets will provide essential illumination in austere and remote environments, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of training operations conducted under low-light or no-light conditions. The contractor shall provide the following:
- industrial-grade light towers or portable lighting systems capable of illuminating large outdoor areas. Equipment must be durable, weather-resistant, and suitable for use in field environments. Light sets must be powered by integrated generators.
- Delivery of light sets to designated JPMRC training locations
- Set up and operational testing of equipment to ensure functionality upon delivery.
Maintenance and Support:
- Routine maintenance and servicing of light sets during rental period
- On-call technical support to address any equipment malfunctions or issues.
Removal and Pickup:
- Timely removal and pickup of light sets at the conclusion of the rental period.
Period of Performance:
- 21 October 2025 – 25 November 2025
Estimated Quantity: 24 Light sets

Offerror shall complete and submit below listed items:

- Signed and dated solicitation with total price of CLIN 0001, to include completing the last page of RFQ document with contractor information.
