(b) Advanced smartphone encryption introduces additional challenges for U.S. law enforcement. Mobile Devices are a major source of evidence and obtaining that evidence can be difficult. Magnet Forensics through Data Expert (Thailand) Co., Ltd. offer industry leading mobile data extraction tools for the iOS platform and can offer full file and same day data extraction. Expanded support provides the ability to access critical evidence that goes beyond iOS, to include device support for leading Android devices. Increased financial crimes in the Region combined with the legitimate threat of a peer competitor gaining influence in this domain threatens to negatively impact the agency's mission in the country and necessitate urgency in this procurement. Due to the sensitive nature of this technology for use in investigations, it is prudent to avoid disclosing the agency's need publicly. (c) Data Expert (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is appointed an authorized reseller and provision of service support from Magnet Forensics, the direct U.S. and Canadian manufacturer of all products trademark through Cyber Forensic and Investigation Co., Ltd. in Thailand. (d) Data Expert (Thailand) Co., Ltd. provides Magnet GrayKey, Magnet Fastrak, Magnet AXIOM Premier and Magnet Automate Essentials, professional services consulting and support services with Magnet's end user license agreement and partner agreement.
