Ste 2, Augusta, GA 30901 intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source requirement to: Circle Cardiovascular Imaging 1100, 800 5th Ave SW Calgary Alberta , Canada Planned Period of Performance: Base + 4 Option Years Base Year 09/01/2024 08/31/2025 Option Yr. 1 09/01/2025 08/31/2026 Option Yr. 2 09/01/2026 08/31/2027 Option Yr. 3 09/01/2027 08/31/2028 Option Yr. 4 09/01/2025 08/31/2029 The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 541519 with a business size standard of $34 million / 150 employees. The proposed contract is for CVI Software Subscription Evolve Services for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source award to a Small Business in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information that clearly demonstrates the capability to perform the required work and licenses for Software. Capability information is required by 10:00 a.m. ET Monday, July 15, 2024, to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification. Specifications and Salient Characteristics for Circle CVI software The Circle CVI subscription software must have processing capabilities for MRI Cardiac exams to streamline reading and reporting of patient exams. It must be able to detect wall motion abnormalities, stroke volume, ejection fraction, volumes, and masses. It must have 4D Flow pre-processing and analysis capabilities to include creating ROI, offset correction and antialiasing with a comprehensive viewer for flow dynamics. The software must have automated vessel lumen detection and planar flow measurements, pulse wave velocity along with wall shear stress and energy loss analysis. The software must be capable of assessing myocardial scar, edema, MVO, ECV, and iron concentration. Circle CVI software must have motion correction capabilities. Also, the software must be able to detect blood flow perfusion defects with qualitative and semi-quantitative perfusion analysis with polar maps and curve display. The software must have cardiovascular morphology with measuring tools that are semi-automated segmentation and calculation capabilities.
