Any deviationsfrom the proposal must be approved by the Contracting Officer;(b) The contractor is required to provide all documentation requested in this solicitation (tender) to include bonding, and Defense Base Act(DBA) Insurance after contract award and prior to Notice to Proceed(c) The successful offeror is required to provide a construction surety by submitting Performance and Payment Bonds (See Contract Clause52.228-14 and 52.228-15).(d) All Contractors shall provide proof of registration within the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a valid UEI, and CAGECODE to be considered for award.
