All site visit participants MUST have a base pass in order to attend. Unless you already have base access i.e. retired military ID card or have a current badge/ pass due to an ongoing contract held on Keesler AFB, a pass must be obtained from the Keesler AFB visitor center. Participation is limited to NO MORE THAN 2 representatives from a company. An email containing the full name (as it  appears on their REAL identification card) of each site visit attendee must be sent to stacey.zawalski@us.af.mil seven (7) days prior to the scheduled site visit. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a form of REAL ID-compliant identification, and if driving, a vehicle registration and vehicle insurance document.

Participants may pick up their pass from the Visitors Center at the Division Street Gate entrance to Keesler AFB at least 2 hours before the site visit is scheduled. Visitors Center hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 0600 -1700, Friday 0600 - 1600. It is highly recommended to arrive at the visitor center AT LEAST 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the site visit as the average wait times at the visitor center can range from 45 - 90 minutes. The Visitor Center is normally the least busy between the hours of 0600 -0900.Please plan to get your base pass early, as we do not want to delay the site visit start time due to waiting on participants to get their pass. Participants will meet in Bldg. 4605 on the specified date and time of the scheduled site visit.
