Moreover, KR must adopt a mature acquisition strategy that provides for an agile procurement of services to maintain pace with a constantly changing threat environment.
Therefore, it is the intent of KR to solicit responses from responsible sources to this Request for Information (RFI) to collaboratively review and refine the attached requirements, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and fully actionable.
